02What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any project we might do for you — that is set out in a separate written agreement, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.
They also do not govern any app we publish. Each app has its own terms, presented at the point you install it.
By using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.
03What this site is
An informational website about NUDO LABS and the work we do.
Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to take on a project. Descriptions of what we do are general; the specifics of any engagement come from a signed agreement, not from this page.
04Contacting us
You may use the contact form to get in touch about working together.
Submitting the form does not create a contract, a client relationship, or an obligation on our part to reply, take the project, or keep any particular schedule. We aim to respond within two business days, and that is an intention, not a guarantee.
Don't use the form to send confidential or sensitive information. Email is not a secure channel, and until we have an agreement in place we cannot treat what you send as confidential.
05Acceptable use
Use the site normally. Specifically, do not:
- Break the law, or use the site to help anyone else break it.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or anything connected to it.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it.
- Scrape or harvest the site automatically without our written permission.
- Send us anything malicious, or use the contact form for bulk or unsolicited messages.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are.
06Who owns what's here
The content of this site — text, design, layout, code, logos, and the NUDO LABS mark — belongs to NUDO LABS LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or adapt its content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
07What we don't promise
This site is provided as is. We make no warranties about it, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it is either. We don't guarantee the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that's the case, this section applies to the fullest extent that jurisdiction permits.
08Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NUDO LABS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or relating to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

If we link to a site we don't operate, we're not responsible for its content, its practices, or its privacy policy. Follow those links at your own judgment.
10Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
